Booth Costs
$20 per sq ft - Minimum 100 square feet.  Earlybird 50%discount rate extended until February 1,2013.

Exhibit Space Selection and Mailing Schedule
All exhibit space is assigned on a first-received, first-assigned basis. WTEA does not use a priority point system for assignments.

Exhibit Application​
All booth assignment requests must be accompanied by the required deposit/payment and a signed contract, which includes an agreement by the applicant.

Applications received after January 20, 2013 must include full check or credit card payment for space.  Sub-leasing of exhibit space is not permitted.

Space Assignment​
Whenever possible, space will be allotted according to the exhibitor’s choice. Booth selections are made on a first come, first served basis.

Booth and Setup Personnel

It is the responsibility of the authorized individual signing the application for space to inform all booth personnel of all the rules and regulations contained in the prospectus. All personnel  staffing the booth are required to be registered and have an exhibitor’s badge, which may not be altered or obscured in any way. Each company will receive four complimentary meeting registrations for each booth purchased; additional personnel may be registered at the pre-registration rate. Exhibitor badges permit access to the exhibit area as well as scientific sessions. There will be a $10 charge for lost badges.

The exhibitor registration desk will be open Thursday, March 28, 2:00 p.m.–6:00 p.m., Friday, 7:30 a.m.–7:00 p.m., Saturday and Sunday , 7:30 a.m.–5:00 p.m. Photo ID is required to pick up your badge. Generic badges will also be available for setup personnel; the names of those who will set up booths must be submitted by the exhibitor contact using the form included in the Exhibitor Service forms.
