​​Exhibitors are free to make their own stand construction and design arrangements
subject to the approval of the World Tobacco Expo. Please choose from one of the 5 basic Exhibitor Plans and addons.  Registration is subject to Terms and Conditions, below


Plan A Premium Space - $5,000​
Prime Booth Location
Booth size: 20' x 20' - Fully Draped, Piped and Carpeted
One table, 2 chairs and a wastebasket.
Signage at Expo entrance (you supply artwork).
Company logo included on all print advertising, website (hyperlinked), invitations, etc.
One (1) full-page color advertisement in Event Directory (you supply artwork).
Twenty (20) Exhibitor Badges and Twenty (20) event passes.
Logo included in all monthly e-vite campaigns (60,000 impressions)

Opportunity to host a 30 minute seminar for attendees of the expo; based on availability (optional).

Terms and Conditions.​
 

1. Exhibitor: All exhibitors, concessionaires, contractors or vendors will be referred to as an Exhibitor throughout these Terms and Conditions.​
 


2. Rules and Regulations: Exhibitors must abide by all rules and regulations of the event venue. Only one company may exhibit per booth, unless otherwise approved by Real Estate Order Expo. Exhibitors may display posters, signs or other material depicting only two properties within their booth. National Sales Group reserves the right to request the removal of any items displayed within Exhibitor's booth that, in its sole judgment do not conform to event guidelines. Failure to comply with such a request may be just cause for removal of an exhibitor from the event. The use of flammable and volatile or otherwise dangerous materials is prohibited. Drapery and other decorative materials must be flameproof and comply with all state and local regulations. Exhibitors must confine their activities to their contracted space. Exhibitors are prohibited from using amplifying equipment during event hours. Exhibitors may not utilize the trade name National Sales Group in any context, including but not limited to advertisements or promotions, without the express written consent of National Sales Group. National Sales Group reserves the right to modify Rules and Regulations at any time.

 

3. Liabilities: Exhibitor participates in National Sales Group’s expo at its own risk. Neither National Sales Group or venue nor their employees, and/or its agents, or the hosting facility or its employees will be responsible for any damage to or for the loss or destruction of the Exhibitor's property or injuries to the Exhibitor, its representatives, agents or employees. The Exhibitor expressly waives all claims for such loss, damage, destruction or injury. Exhibitors are required to maintain and furnish to National Sales Group upon request a certificate of insurance for General Liability with a combined single limit of one million dollars ($1,000,000.00). All insurance must be on an occurrence policy and must include National Sales Group and the Convention Center as additional insureds. National Sales Group, its agents and employees will not be liable for failure to hold the event as scheduled. Exhibitor agrees that no guarantees of attendance or sales have been made by National Sales Group, nor its employees and/or its agents. Exhibitor agrees to hereby and forever discharge, release and hold harmless National Sales Group, its agents and employees and the event facility from any claims arising from participating in the event. National Sales Group, its employees and/or its agents shall not have any liability whatsoever for any damage to any person, matter or thing, resulting from storm, wind or water, or other acts of God, nor from fire, strikes or lockouts.

4. Exhibitor Load-In, Dismantling and Load-Out: Exhibitor will arrange for the shipment of any materials, displays, furniture, etc., for use in its exhibit space, per directions found in Exhibitor Confirmation Package. No materials, displays, furniture, etc., may be brought into Exhibit Space during Exhibit Hours. Exhibitor must wait until the event has ended before dismantling, packing and/or removing materials, displays, furniture, etc.
 

5. Space Assignments: National Sales Group reserves the right to determine Exhibitor space assignment and to shift space assignments prior to the event. Space is leased with the understanding that the Exhibitor will hold National Sales Group blameless and harmless from any and all liabilities that may result from this assignment.

​​​​​​​​​​6. Payment Terms and Cancellation Policy: Exhibitor is required to pay in full upon registering for the event, by the due date as established by National Sales Group. No Exhibitor will be allowed to exhibit at event without first making full payment for exhibit space. Under no circumstances will Exhibitor payments be returned or refunded.



7. No Assignment or Subletting of "Space" Exhibitor may not assign this contract and may not permit all or any part of its assigned space to be used by any other business or firm, unless Management has given prior written approval. Any such agreement, permission or "sublease" without Management's prior written approval shall be null and void.



8. Licenses/ Permits Exhibitor shall be responsible for obtaining any licenses, permits or approvals required under local or state law applicable to their activity at the exposition. Exhibitor shall be responsible for paying all taxes, license fees or other charges that hall become due to any government authority in connection with their activities at the exposition. EXHIBITOR IS NOT PERMITTED TO MAKE SALES AT ITS BOOTH SPACE NULESS IT HAS OBTAINED AND DISPLAYS A SALES TAX AUTHORIZATION AS REQUIRED BY LOCAL LAW.



9. Photography:  The photographic rights for the exposition are reserved to Management, and photography in the exposition required by Exhibitor can be carried out at moderate charges by the official photographers designated by Management, if desired. If exhibitor wishes to make its own arrangements for the photographing of its own exhibit, exhibitor must apply to Management, whose permission shall not be unreasonably withheld.

10. Installation and Removal Exhibitor must install its exhibit before the opening of the exposition. The exhibit must be dismantled and removed immediately after the exposition's close and in all events prior to the established dismantlement cutoff time announced in the Exhibitor Manual. Anything not removed by the dismantlement cut off time will be discarded at Exhibitor's cost. Exhibitor shall not dismantle its prior to the exposition's close.



11. Property Loss or Damage Management shall not be responsible for any loss of or damage to any property of Exhibitor or of its booth personnel, representatives, agents, servants, employees, contractors, patrons, guests, licensees or invitees. All of Exhibitor's property remains under its custody and control in transit to and from the exhibit hall and while it is in the confines of the exhibit hall. Neither Management nor its service contractors, nor the management of exhibit hall nor any of the officers, staff members or directors of any of the same are responsible for the loss of or damage to property of Exhibitor or of its booth personnel, representatives, agents, servants, employees, contractors, patrons, guests, licensees or invitees from theft, fire, accident, vandalism or any other cause, and Exhibitor expressly waives and releases any claim or demand against any of them by reason of any damage to or loss of any property. Exhibitor shall be solely responsible for the loss of or damage to any property of Exhibitor's personnel, including but not limited to Exhibitor's booth personnel and representatives, models, demonstrators and actors. Accordingly, it is Exhibitor's responsibility to secure its own insurance or otherwise protect itself and its property and the property of its booth personnel, representatives, agents, servants, employees, contractors, patrons, guests, licensees or invitees against loss or damage.



12. Choice of Law and Forum This contract shall be governed by the laws of the State of California. Any action commenced by Exhibitor arising out of or relating to this agreement, or arising out of or relating to the exposition, shall be brought solely in the courts of California unless Management consents to another forum. Exhibitor consents to the jurisdiction of the courts of California for the resolution of any action arising out of or relating to this Agreement, or arising out of or relating to the exposition.
