International Attendees

Invitation Letter

International registrants who plan to attend the World Tobacco Expo are urged to research VISA application requirements for their country and to apply early. Please note that WTE2013 cannot assist with VISA applications or with the embassies, but can assist with providing invitation letters to attend the meeting. Invitation letters to attend the WTE2013 may be obtained through the following process:
• Send e-mail requests to worldtobaccoexpo@gmail.com ​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​no later than February 10, 2013 to allow for timely VISA application, facilitate early registration for the meeting at the lower rate, and increase chances of booking a hotel in the WTEA 2013 block.
• Include in the request the applicant’s full name and complete mailing address.
• Invitation letters will be mailed via regular U.S. post. If expedited delivery is desired, the applicant must prepay for this service.
• Requests received after December 31, 2012 will continue to be mailed via regular U.S. post; however, if expedited delivery is requested, the applicant must prepay for this service.

International Attendees Meeting

International guests to the WTE2013 in Reno, Nevada are invited to attend the Pre-Function Meeting hosted by WTE2013 immediately preceding the convention. Plan to attend this informational and exciting networking event. See the Final Program for exact time and location. You will also be given details of the meeting time and location when you pick up your International Attendee ribbon at registration.
